I’ve searched a lot for a good task manager and haven’t found a good one yet. Todo Cloud is one of the better ones, but like all others I’ve evaluated its recurring tasks are deficient in critical ways for business users where tasks must be completed on a working day. For example, scheduling an item like monthly payroll that must be completed on the last weekday of the month (or better yet, the last business day of the month) is not possible. Also, the iOS client has different recurring options than the web client, so some recurring tasks created on iOS do not show correctly on the web. That fact that Todo Cloud is one of the better task managers but I’ve only given it 2 stars is a reflection of how weak the field is. I find it extremely frustrating that in 2014 no one has hit the mark.

Great app. Has a slight learning curve but once you get used to it everything becomes second nature. Has all the features I was looking for and more. Has a really clean and nice looking design as well.

Love the look of this app but there are issues with syncing on multiple devices. I started to get duplicate entries and when I cleaned them up the original entires began to disappear and I eventually lost just about half of my 115 tasks and two whole project categories. I complained and the e-mail confirmation I received said Appigo would try to reply within 24 hours -- that was 6 days ago!

I searched far and wide for the best to do list application downloading and deleting probably around 5 or 6 in the process until I finally downloaded Todo cloud. The customizability, dear lord!!! Hear me out for a second, you can; a) create a list for which items can be categorized under accordingly, for example some I have are Groceries, Side Projects, Movies, Work…. b) you can then create sub lists, along with tasks, checklists, and projects! The notification service is beautiful and being able to synchronize between my mac and iPhone instantly is brilliant, yet so simple. Enough said, I love this app and highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep their life more organized -ZV

By far the best todo app ever! New version looks great, easy to use and has very useful features.

Fine for iPhone and iPad but Its an all time breakdown for my Mac now I deleted it and switch Back to clear. its a mess to spend time if you wanna have a helping hand for Mac/iPad/iPhone with iCloud .

Packed with useful features minus the bloat that affects many apps. Syncs your events, checklists and reminders over all devices and computers. The yearly fee for the premium version is reasonable and worth every $£¥€. Interface is fairly straightforward to figure out but can be a bit confusing at first. A minor issue considering how robust and rock solid this app is. Backup/sync with iCloud or Dropbox.

Ive used To Do through many updates. Im a chronic list maker, and Ive never found a program that was as versatile as To Do. It may seem like more than you need at first glance, or it may seem complicated. But if you start to use it and learn its features slowly instead of jumping in with both feet, youll find out that it is absolutely the best to do program out there! You can also use To Do for other types of lists -- Ive found it to be the list program I need. The addition of cloud sync was the icing on the cake!!!

I didnt appreciate the automatic monthly renewal despite checking days beforehand which didnt allow me to cancel but instead suggested I can simply renew manually when premium account expires (on December 28th). So I figured I dont have to do a thing to cancel since it needed my intervention to buy the In App Purchase ONLY when it expires. On December 29th I checked my account to see that Im now valid until January 28th which I didnt want. How will I prevent this from happening again please?

Many times I write a list of things to do at home and when I need the list at the shopping centre, it all disappears. I get an error message saying there was a problem with ( I think) processing the file. I have an iPhone 6+.

I have tried and been disappointed in several task organizers / managers including Apple Reminders. Todo Cloud is fast and easy to use. It syncs between three devices instantly and flawlessly. It is very intuitive and is well worth the $2.29 per month.
