Todo is the best app for GTD. This app is far superior to Things. I have been using this app for years all day everyday for the last several years and continues to work great. The ability to sync between all my devices is the key to great productivity... the best To do app.

Everything is given an arbitrary "due date." Then all the shared lists quit working when the "trial period" expired and kind of left us hanging. The trial period thing was not at all clear on install.

I am the kind of person that cannot function without to-do lists. I use this app throughout the day & Id be lost without it. Ive tried many to-do apps & this one is the best by far!!!

I really enjoy the user interface and love that there is a solid cloud backend that I can access from the desktop.

It syncs across all my devices. Plain and straightforward interface. Easy to manipulate. Part of me wishes it were a free service, since more robust project-management/team-based systems like Asana are free. Not to mention this is a monthly subscription. As a small business owner I try to watch those recurring charges. Overall, Im satisfied.

I have used todo for a couple if years. Ive tried most of the other GTD apps, and this one is simply the king. The sync works across all of my 3 platforms. The iPhone app is perfect. I use Todo to organize my task and projects and to organize more abstract ideas and thoughts that I want to come back to. Simply love this app, its intuitive interface and powerful tags and context features. It is exactly what a GTD app should be. >>>>>>>>>. I have been using Todo and todo cloud for several years. Todo just keeps getting better, and it customizes to fit a lot of GTD methods. Very necessary tool for me.

I have used this app for several years and rely heavily on it. It helps organize my job lists and other data, and syncs seamlessly between my iPhone and iPad. My use is pretty simplistic so I cant comment on some of the higher-level functions. I will say Appigos customer support has been very quick and helpful.

Would be the perfect to-do app system if it only had calendar integration. I have it on all devices and like it a lot. Just want it to integrate with Calendar. Support has been good with answering questions too. Ive tried several to-do apps and this one is still the best Ive seen.

This app is easy to use and has really helped me stay organized. Being able to view and edit lists from any device has been invaluable.

Ive used Todo for two years now and just recently moved to Todo Cloud for Business at work. It truly is one of the most useful productivity tools Ive ever used - putting planners, actual todo lists, and even Outlooks todo functionality to shame. The App is slick and beautiful, allowing me to create categories, set start and due dates, set priority levels, focus solely on what I need to do today, share tasks with others (Todo Cloud) - and so much more. Honestly, Ive tried so many other apps... This really is the best. Now, yes, it can be slow and laggy as some reviewers say. But based on personal responses from the Appigo team I truly feel that they take feedback seriously and are working to make everyones experience smoother. So yeah: Do I recommend the app? Yes. Both of them. (Todo and Todo Cloud.) Enthusiastically!

Very powerful

Ive reluctantly paid the annual fee the last few years because Ive come to rely on this app and think its the best out there. One thing that would make it better and really fill a gap is iOS calendar integration.

I’ve been using ToDo for years. I also have OmniFocus, Pocket Informant, 2Do and a few others. I keep coming back to ToDo. This app keeps getting better and better with each new version. What I like about is that you can have checklists and Projects, you can create a task for a phone call, email, etc. You can share the tasks. It really does blow some of the competition out of the water, especially with the Cloud subscription. My tasks are synced instantly between my Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPad Mini. The competition syncs but takes a long time OR they don’t have companion apps for all my devices. It’s great to set up a project for say Vacation and then have the individual tasks needed to complete that project, and even those individual tasks can have a checklist. So say you have a task to pack your clothes, well that task could contain a checklist of all you want to bring. Each task in the project can have it’s own due and start dates. On the checklist side of things I have a weekly task to go grocery shopping, that task is then set as a checklist and I just go in and add items to the checklist. I don’t forget things at the store anymore. I am finding myself using ToDo as my main task application. I still have the other apps I mentioned on my devices, but I am using it more than them. I could have saved a lot of money since ToDo was the first iOS task app I purchased back when the iPhone 3G first came out. Don’t get me wrong the others are good and each one has features that I like better than others, BUT for overall ease of use and reliability, I have tried several times to just pick one of the apps and I have even stopped the ToDoCloud a few times, but usually just renew it by the time the subscription stops. ToDo Cloud is the best of the lot.

I love this app the only thing that I would change is that I would put so you could create a sub lists with enlists

There is such a relentless drive by this developer to 1) Listen to users 2) stay ahead of the curve 3) expand the apps utility (and ultimately yours) Who doesnt want that in an app? Simply the best.

Simple and straight forward. Does the job very well.

I love this app. Very well organized and laid out. Quick to learn and easy to use. Modifications can be made. Highly recommend!
