Todo Cloud: To-Do List & Tasks App Reviews

The Todo UI was overdue and welcome, access to the apps power features, for the most part, vastly improved over the old tacked on feel. The promise of features to come (some of which users have been nagging for for years) if partly realized will make Todo the go-to tasking app. The key for me is to not overdue it with features, that is, those not true to its core, ease of use is what makes the app a keeper. Whats a bit more urgent now is a macOS version that pretty much duplicates the iOS. (Past failing was the difference in feel and use on different devices).

Im always using it to manage my tasks. I love being able to have multiple lists and tags. Keeps me organized.

Still one of the best organizing softwares out there , that works smoothly on so many platforms .. A definite must .. It would get 5 stars if task could except pics ..

Like that it syncs across all devices. iOS version is good. Web version for desktop PCs is clunky.

ToDo Cloud is so simple yet packed with just the right features and customization abilities. I use it for both work and pleasure, and Im happy to be paying the small monthly charge to support it. I recently discovered I can add emojis to my task titles, which helps not only make the important ones stand out at a glance, it adds a bit of visual fun to the tasks Im not keen on doing! Customer service is also stellar. Keep up the good work!

After update I Lost all my tasks and lists... Give it back right now! :(((

In the last update guys seem to commit suicide by killing the option, which was unique for this App. I mean Tasks with specified start on date and open complete on date. Such are not available anymore. Welcome to endless line of no face TODO apps, guys! Disappointed User

Return calendar. it very needed. 4. Return about each task inscription "name list" 5. Deleted terribly big inscription "create new list"

Now I cant access to: 1. tag list 2. context list 3. calendar 4. start date and more... Give me old version, please!

Appigo continues to improve this app and the entire platform. I am syncing flawlessly across devices, and integration is good with the existing Mac desktop app the Web. I am sharing tasks with others and collaborating as needed. This version series is cleaner and more streamlined than all of the prior series. This is a great app that scales to a professional platform for those that need it. Highly recommended...

I use it for my own personal stuff and also for my job in collaboration, it just works and keeps getting better. I love the gps alarm feature and the customization it offers. Ive been using Todo for around 4 years by now, Ive tried others but this one is just great :-)

Todo has been a great app and I would highly recommend it. Only issue I have had is it becomes sluggish on while using large check lists, could be that I have too much running on my phone at once. But other than that its been well worth having.

Having it sync seamlessly across devices is worth $20/yr

Ive been using this from the first version. I used this with their Notebook app. It was the best ToDo app then and it still is today.

Wow... Three years after its introduction it still doesnt provide the same capabilities as its non-subscription version of the product. It would be nice if an "upgrade" meant that it does more for the consumer rather than meaning an annual subscription fee with NO real additional consumer features. I recommend waiting until Appigo makes their product have common features like iPad and MacOS screen optimization (in original app) and IFTTT/Workflow (standard offering from most productivity tools). If they cant make these available soon, I would recommend moving on to other products. I LOVED the original ToDo and still use it every day. But it is getting older and soon I will replace it with a competing product that is more modern and more responsive to my needs.

Ive been a ToDo user for years. In general, ToDo Cloud works beautifully , and I think the sync is faster than before. However, now it pauses to tell me its synced EVERY TIME I check off a task. Really? Can it not interrupt me quite as often?

Very easy to use and powerful. Used mainly on iPhone. Computer app is OK
