sync problems

Love the look of this app but there are issues with syncing on multiple devices. I started to get duplicate entries and when I cleaned them up the original entires began to disappear and I eventually lost just about half of my 115 tasks and two whole project categories. I complained and the e-mail confirmation I received said Appigo would try to reply within 24 hours -- that was 6 days ago!
