Old checklists - gone-zo. HORRIBLE!!

The upgrade was absolutely terrible. A lot of other users were upset with the redesign - I am upset because of data loss. I painfully currated check-lists which I reused whenever I have repeat events. For example, travelling. I need to ensure that I bring my "toothbrush", "socks", "rain coat", "passport", etc, and i have been adding to my checklists whenever I need to remember something new. How many of us have been on an airplane and then remembered that we forgot to pack "playing cards" or "cross word puzzles"? I solved that problem by continually adding to my travel lists whenever I remembered something useful.

This time when I checked off all the items in my travel list (and tried to go back to "uncheck them" so I could re-use the list next time I traveled), all of my items were GONE! They were not retrievable in the cloud, and it even synchronized the deletion to my mac!! The new upgraded app doesnt retain old checklisted items once you complete them. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! I travel tons and had currated lists for all of the different types of trips: business; camping, vacation, etc... and everything is gone. In this day and age where everything is saved for posterity, I am astounded that my checklists from an old version cannot be recycled/retained, etc... I have been an avid iphone user since the first one was released, and in all this time this is my second review, you can imagine how incensed I am to have written one.

I am canceling my subscription and I am going to start hunting for a new task list that doesnt send checklists from old versions into oblivion. I am so infuriated that I WILL go through the task of migrating the remaining lists and 56 legimtinate "to do" items to the new app.
