Very little consideration for customers
I was willing to pay the subscription fee for this app, because I thought it was a reasonably good (although overly complex) solution. The new version, however, wiped out most of what I liked, and is forcing me to basically learn how to use the app all over again. My iPad and iPhone no longer sync properly, subtasks of projects are scattered all over the place, and, to add insult to injury, it is quite difficult to contact tech support. If these issues do not get fixed soon, Ill be cancelling my subscription.
